Meet the Founder — Marvin Shaouni

Hello!
I’m Marvin Shaouni, a Detroit-based photographer and self-shooting producer/director with two decades of experience creating clean, consistent visual content for corporate, advertising, and editorial clients nationwide. Clear Signal Studio is the culmination of my 20 years in this industry, bringing together everything I’ve learned about working with people, collaborating with teams, and producing visuals that feel clear, confident, and true to your brand.

For more than 20 years, I’ve served as a corporate photographer across Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan, partnering with CEOs, small business owners, skilled tradespeople, and teams in a wide range of industries. Whether you need a polished professional headshot, an executive portrait, company culture photography, or full corporate event coverage, my goal is to make the process comfortable, efficient, and aligned with the story your organization wants to tell. I also create on-camera video interviews, testimonial videos, and event video highlights that help businesses communicate clearly across their websites, social channels, and internal communications.

Detroit is home for me, and much of my inspiration comes from the city’s music, food, culture, and people. When I’m not on set, you’ll find me exploring new restaurants, catching a live show, walking Detroit’s riverfront, or heading north to experience Michigan’s great lakes, sand dunes, and wineries.

Clear Signal Studio is based in Detroit and provides corporate photography and video services throughout Southeast Michigan, the Midwest, and nationwide.
